We do not store your quiz answers on our servers. Quiz results are computed entirely in your browser using JavaScript and temporarily stored in your browser's sessionStorage, which is automatically cleared when you close the browser tab. We have no access to this data.

If you voluntarily subscribe to receive our free wellness guide or newsletter, we collect your email address via a third-party service (Formspree or Mailchimp). You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
